1. Enquiry
Simply submit your enquiry via the Contact Form. To receive an accurate quote, please upload your document and provide details (e.g. document type, subject matter, purpose, target audience, word/character count, desired turnaround date, etc.)
2. Delivery Schedule and Quote
Once we have confirmed your requirements, we will issue a quote and delivery estimate.
3. Order Confirmation
Upon acceptance of our proposed quote, we will issue an invoice.
4. Payment
We only accept orders on a pre-paid basis and kindly ask for advance payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
5. Translation / Service Start
Once we have confirmed payment and received the documents/files, we will start translating as per the agreed schedule.
6. Delivery
Documents are returned to you via the agreed delivery method.
How it works
Cancellation Policy
For general translation and other services, we only invoice for the work completed up to the point of receiving cancellation notice. For NAATI-certified translations, no cancellations are accepted after formal order placement (100% invoiced).
