Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with an online platform that allows us to promote and deliver our translation services.

If you use any third-party payment method, your payment data is processed directly by those providers in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

For certified translations, we may also use secure third-party platforms such as AcudocX. This platform is used to manage document submission, translation workflow, certification, and delivery. When using AcudocX, you may be asked to create an account and agree to AcudocX’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Studio Shiori does not control AcudocX’s internal policies but selects providers that comply with strict data protection and security standards (e.g. onshore hosting, two-factor authentication, and NAATI translator verification).
